History of how Resorts-Real-Estate was born

 Having been involved in resort real estate in some of the worlds most beautiful destinations for the last 17 years ( Australia, Val D'Isere France, Whistler British Columbia and now Riviera Maya Mexico), it is my committment to enhance the lives of my clients through ownership of property in these great places. I am always on the look-out for you for the best investments in new and emerging markets. 

My real estate liscence was received from the Sauder School of Business at Universty of British Columbia and it is active in Whistler, British Columbia.   As a liscenced realtor it is important to be associated with a great real estate firm internationally.

Historically, my focus has been primarily pre-construction ownership opportunities of boutique high end quality properties such as Rosewood Mayakoba, Nizuc, Westharbour on Lake Okanagan, in Kelowna BC.    It has been my observation and experience the world over that these types of purchases represent the best return on an investment.  Riviera Maya for example has seen anywhere between 10-30% capital appreciation per year.

This type of ownership also means the best kind of ownership experience too. So luxury properties offer great amenities, good management packages which in turn means hassle free ownership. Having a luxury escape home means you can leave the busy life and slow down and truly enjoy.

Recently in response to customer demand and changing financial times, I search out all the best investment opportunities in Riviera Maya and focus heavily on what is already built and ready for occupancy.

I combine formal university education in recreation and  health education from University of Toronto,followed by the Sauder school of Business at University of British Columbia  with solid investment experience from working on the Toronto Stock Exchange scene in the late 70"s and early 80"s . These two keen interests  in my life - health and investment-  are one  reason I so heavily have always focused on resort destinations- we all need escape homes for good health &  lifestyle.
